Major Updates and Noel Night!

So it's been awhile since I last posted, but CCS Papercraft Society is finally an official Student Organization at CCS!

Danni Wu (me) is President and Jongmee Kim is Vice President. This blog/site was formed last year during the summer of 2010 after the facebook group and I got really into papercraft.

Here's what was in the Facebook group/email recap:

Jongmee and I are sorry that there wasn't a second meeting this past Thursday as we had planned. The Friday get-together was also a bust, but all will be rescheduled AFTER midterms. We understand that there wasn't enough notice and CCS is a busy place to be.

During the 1st meeting, we covered some Noel Night craft ideas:
-Christmas bears
-fortune cookies
-popup cards

Our main template project for Noel Night is going to be the fortune cookie/ornament idea, and you can design anything on the template as you see fit.

*if you'd like to suggest some other personal paper projects to make and sell, we'd love to hear them. :D

We are currently working on updating the blogspot (that's ccspapercraftsociety.blogspot.com ) with images and templates but we need some emails from members. PLEASE list an email that we can contact you with outside of facebook (for some of us who don't use facebook and etc).

Our next real 2nd meeting is Monday, Oct. 25th at 11:30 am in W307 (we have pizza) and we will discuss projects.

Papercraft Night is this following Friday, Oct 29th at 8pm in ACB apt #201. We will have food and movies and good times. :D
